二 | 国庆长假，全省公安机关会同交通运输部门全面加强省内28条高速公路、73条国省干道及景区周边道路巡查守护，出动警力7.3万人次、警车1.7万辆次，日均启动执法站、临时执勤点212个，加强对交通堵点、秩序乱点和事故多发点的执勤管控，保障群众平安出行。 假日期间，全省公安机关充分发挥“专业+机制+大数据”新型警务运行模式作用，切实加强社会面整体防控。严格落实联勤巡逻等机制，对人员密集场所、治安复杂区域加强巡逻防控，日均投入巡逻组2130组、警力9000余人、社会力量1.3万余人，严打严防“盗抢骗”等街面现行犯罪。 全省公安机关牢牢绷紧公共安全这根弦，组织开展“九小场所”消防安全防灾减灾专项行动，督促整改安全隐患4218处。针对旅游景区人流集中、大型活动增多等情况，公安机关与文旅部门、重点景区运营单位密切协作配合，部署警力加强秩序维护和外围管控，强化景区周边秩序维护和人员疏导；严格审批监管，督促主办单位及时发现整改安全隐患，周密制定安保方案和应急处置预案，保障大型活动安全有序。
